Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! I didn't have time to blog the last couple days but I thought I would make a quick hello & show some pics of Josiah meeting Santa!! It was so nice of a client/family member of mine to invite us to their day care so I could get my own pictures the way I wanted. Josiah did pretty good & was mostly bug eyed the whole time taking it all in. But he got mad at me when I put him by his feet (I just wanted a close one of him by his boots- oops!) =D There are a few other pics recently we've done. I love getting close ups of his face & hands. They are getting so big!!! I LOVE the little dimples & his long eye lashes. Hope you enjoy! I can't wait till he starts holding his head up better so I can't get some cute tummy pics!!!

Hope your Christmas was blessed. Ours could not have been any better (i guess other than my migrain on eve). Josiah is our biggest blessing & I can't imagine life any different right now. It's beautiful & perfect!

Engagement Session & time off!

Hello!!! I have a really beautiful engagement session to share with you.

But first, you should all know I am taking the next two weeks off for the holidays. It's been an absolutely awesome fall but I am in serious need of a break. I probably should have taken a longer maternity leave but I didn't want to miss out on so many great memories for you all!

It's time for our family to have some quality time together instead of me on my computer editing all night! But, I LOVE my job & so I couldn't resist all the business this fall. Josiah is almost 4 months old & it's just gone by like a blur! I feel like in no time he won't be a baby which makes me really sad. So, with all that said we are gonna have lots of good quality time over the holidays.

FYI*************I am not going to take any orders or photograph any sessions. But I have a feeling with the holidays consuming your lives as well that won't be a big deal. I might blog a few times to catch up a little bit of many fall sessions I didn't have time to show to you! We are also going to decorate the babie's nursery (since I didn't have time before either) & I am so excited!!! I'll do a before & after shot. =D

Here's a few pics from Stacy & Nick's engagement sessioN! They were such troopers playing in the beautiful snow! It was a really nice day out & they stayed pretty warm without jackets! It's been fun this early into the winter to have snow on the ground. I love it! They were fun & so adorable to photograph. I hope you enjoy~!!! Their wedding is going to be at a golf course (my most favorite places to take pics because of the beautiful scenery & a second home to me). Most of you probably don't know this but I started playing golf in second grade all the way through senior year in high school. That's a whole other blog for you sometime and I can share some pics with you from state tourneys. Enough about me- enjoy the images!!

I hope your christmas is filled with JOY~!!

ps- I have a few cute pics I will share with you in a few days of Josiah meeting santa for the first time~!!! hehe.

They were so much fun & I can't wait to see Wesley as a stunning bride! =D I'm sorry but I just had a really hard time picking out my favorites!!! So I've decided to show many!!! Plus, I added a few non-people pics before the session in Rice park. Enjoy!!

Melinda & Eric

These are very very past due! Please forgive me! I hope you enjoy! My dear dear friend Melinda asked me to photograph her wedding this last November. We have been friends since junior high school & even went to the same college! I love her dearly & was honored to capture such a beautiful wedding. She married a funny man & I know she'll be in good hands. Enjoy & let me know your favorites!!!
